Family Activities

The Sharon Cooperative School conducts fundraising throughout the school year. Revenue from these efforts supports, in part, tuition assistance for families in need and enhances our program with in-school programming, supplies and facility upgrades. All children attending the school benefit.

EcoTarium is a museum of science and nature where visitors are encouraged to explore the natural world through a unique indoor-outdoor experience.  The museum features hands-on exhibits, indoor and outdoor wildlife habitats, interpretive nature trails, a living pond and meadow exhibit, a planetarium, the region’s only treetop walkway, and a narrow-gauge train.  The museum is located at 222 Harrington Way, Worcester, MA. The museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 12 noon to 5 p.m. Admission is $12 for adults and $8 for senior citizens, children 3-18 and college students with ID.  Free for members.  Parking is free.Old Sturbridge Village1 Old Sturbridge Village Rd.
